a. For Clients

  2. Book consultations, dietary plans, or wellness programs with independent Health Professionals.

Clients acknowledge that while we require Health Professionals to submit proof of license, Jannis Health Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy or efficacy of their advice.

Clients are responsible for reviewing a Health Professional’s profile, qualifications, and service terms before booking.

The platform is not a substitute for emergency medical care. Clients experiencing urgent health issues must contact local emergency services.


b. For Health Professionals

  1. List credentials, specialties, and service offerings. Profiles must accurately reflect current license status and areas of expertise.
  2. Disclose any conflicts of interest (e.g., partnerships with supplement brands).
  3. Avoid misleading claims (e.g., "guaranteed cures").
  4. Set terms for consultations, including Pricing and Duration: Clearly state fees, session length, and cancellation policies.

  6. Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations.

Health Professionals may not use the platform to solicit clients for external services (e.g., redirecting clients to private clinics without disclosure).

5. USER OBLIGATIONS

Follow the law and our policies. You may not take any action that violates the law, infringes or violates anyone else’s rights, or breaches any agreements or legal obligations. You may not take any action that is illegal, violates any of Jannis’s policies, rules, or guidelines, or violates any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Payments are made 100% upfront. The pricing listed on the website at the time of checkout is the only price that can and will be honored. As soon as you place your order online, you will be charged.
  2. All prices are subject to change. Once an order has been placed, you do not have the option to redeem the sale price of any sales announced after your order was placed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” or “unavailable” and you will not be able to purchase that product.
