Return Window

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used supplements and consumables, for health and safety reasons.
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

Email Info@jannishealth.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. The simplest way to swap an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the product you'd like instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the wrong item or a damaged product arrives, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
