Adults: Take 15 – 30 drops, 2-3 times daily in a little fruit juice or water. Children 2-5 years: take 5 drops daily 6-10 years, take 5 -10 drops daily 11-15 years, take 10 - 15 drops daily. Not suitable for children under 2 years.
