Description+

Roselle is a species of Hibiscus indigenous to West Africa and is used for baking, cocktails, drinks and teas, to be enjoyed hot or cold. Roselle is rich in vitamin C. It contains antidepressant properties like flavonoids, antioxidant properties and iron. Vegan friendly and African indigenous.

How to Use+

Roselle tea You will need 1-2 Tbsp roselle leaves, 1 litre of water, sweetener to taste, and cinnamon, mint or a lime wedge to garnish (optional). 1. Rinse the leaves in cold water to remove any traces of sand. 2. Bring a pot of water on the stove to a boil. 3. Place the dried roselle flowers into an empty teapot. 4. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. 5. Leave the tea to steep for five minutes. 6. Sweeten the tea as desired. 7. Add cinnamon, mint or a lime wedge as garnish.
