Before you order

Check the age guidance on each label, and if your child is under two, or on any medication, speak to your paediatrician first.

A note from Lisa

The basics, for the whole house

This is the least exciting bundle on the site and the one I would buy first if I were starting over.

It is not built around a problem. It is built around the three things children and the adults feeding them are most often short of, plus one jar of something they will actually be pleased to see.

Vitamin D, because we live in a sunny country and spend our lives indoors, and children who are short of it are usually just a bit flat and catching everything going around.

A children's probiotic, because a child's gut is still being built, and every course of antibiotics knocks it back.

A mushroom blend for the grown-ups, stirred into coffee or a smoothie, for the seasons when everyone in the house is sniffing.

And raw honey, because a spoon of something good is how you get a child to take anything at all, and because it is proper food rather than a supplement.

Nothing here is dramatic. That is rather the point.
